Yes! You may cancel a subscription to a particular product at any time. No cancellations fees involved.
You will be notified by email 3 days before any upcoming charges for your subscription, in case you need to modify it or cancel the subscription successfully to prevent an order from processing.
Please note, if there is an outstanding order associated with your subscription, the cancellation will go into effect once that order is processed. Therefore, in order to successfully cancel or prevent the upcoming recurring order from processing you must cancel the subscription 3 days prior to the charge date.
* In order to cancel your subscription, please log in to your account, click on Manage Subscriptions, click the Cancel link next to the Subscribe & Save product you would like to cancel. On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a cancellation reason. Select the reason and then click Cancel My Subscription, you should receive an email confirmation.
* If you opt-in for SMS reminders, you can cancel your subscription via text. Please be sure to text "End Subscription" or "Cancel" before the charge date. You may receive a message asking to confirm. Reply "YES" to confirm to ensure your subscription is cancelled. If not, your order will still be processed on the charge date.
