Can I swap my current subscription for a new product?Updated 4 months ago
Yes! If you want to try something new, you may place a new first subscription order at checkout OR you may swap the product in your active subscription.
To edit your subscription, please log in. If you are having trouble logging in, please try to access your subscription account directly by clicking here.
1. Log in to your account, then click on "Manage Subscription" OR log in directly to your subscription account.
2. Click directly on the subscription product you wish to modify to open the product details.
3. To swap the product for something new, click directly on the subscription product and scroll to "Swap product"
4. Use the search bar or scroll through our product menu to select a new product.
5. Confirm the quantity, flavor, and order frequency for the new product, then click "Swap for this product" to save the changes.
