Select Orgain products do not have added caffeine but use ingredients or flavors such as organic cocoa, and flavorings that do contain a very small amount of naturally occurring caffeine:
- For the example, the Organic Nutrition Shakes - Creamy Chocolate Fudge, Iced Café Mocha as well as the Vegan Organic Nutrition Shakes - Smooth Chocolate flavors use organic cocoa, and flavoring that do contain a very small amount of naturally occurring caffeine. Approximately <8mg of naturally occurring caffeine per serving.
- The Organic Protein Plant Based Powder - Creamy Chocolate Fudge flavor does contain a small amount of naturally occurring caffeine from the organic cocoa. Approximately 7 mg of naturally occurring caffeine per serving.
- The Collagen + Superfoods Powder 1.60 lb is formulated with green tea extract and green coffee bean extract ingredients which provides a small amount. There is roughly 1.1mg of caffeine per serving.
Select Orgain products contain added caffeine and the caffeine amount is declared on the label:
- For example, the Organic Protein Plant Based Powder - Iced Coffee flavor contains approximately 60mg of caffeine per serving from the organic coffee beans used (comparable to a 1 fl oz of expresso)*. The amount is declared on the label.
Note:
*An 8 oz cup of coffee contains about 95 mg of caffeine.
*1 fl oz of expresso contains about 60 mg of caffeine.
