We are committed to getting your order to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about where we ship, available shipping methods and associated rates.

Where do you ship?

  • We currently ship to residential addresses within the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii, PO Boxes
  • At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa), or international locations.
    • Tip: If you're located in an international region, please we recommend shopping with Vitacost and iHerb.com. 
  • If you opt to ship to a commercial address or through a forwarding service (a third-party “parcel forwarding” company), please note we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once delivered to that forwarding address. No replacements or refunds will be issued under those circumstances.

What are the shipping rates?

  • 48 Contiguous United States
    • One-time purchases orders:
      • Free shipping on orders with a subtotal of $75 or more (after discounts)
      • A flat $9.95 shipping fee applies to orders with a subtotal under $75
      • Gift cards and tax do not count toward the subtotal threshold
    • Subscription orders:
      • Always ship free — no minimum required
  • Hawaii & Alaska
    • All orders — including subscriptions — ship with calculated carrier rates shown at checkout.

What shipping methods do you use?

  • All orders ship via Standard Ground Shipping. Once your order is placed, our fulfillment system automatically selects an optimal carrier based on the shipping address.
  • At this time, we do not offer expedited or overnight shipping.
  • Our carrier network includes (but is not limited to): UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, Amazon Logistics, OnTrac, and other regional carriers.

How long does shipping take?

  • All orders ship via standard ground shipping which typically takes 4–7 business days depending on destination.
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday.
  • Weekends and holidays are not included in processing or delivery timeframes
  • Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

Do you require signature on delivery?

For most orders, a signature is not required. However, for high value orders ($300 or more), the carrier may require a signature at the time of delivery. The carrier will handle the signature process when your order arrives
