How do I redeem my points to discount my active subscription?Updated a month ago
You can redeem a first subscription order at checkout or you may redeem your points for a promo code and apply the code to your recurring subscription. To redeem your points, you must login to your account, redeem ShakeUp Reward points to generate a code, then apply it to your preferred active subscription to discount the upcoming recurring subscription order.
Reminders:
- Please note, the consumer care orders team cannot redeem your ShakeUp Reward points.
- If you generated your code and misplaced/need to copy it again, click here!
- If you would like to place a new first subscription order at checkout, you'll simply need to log in to your Orgain.com account and select the number of points to apply to your order before completing your purchase.

Step 2: In the Account Dashboard, navigate to the blue "Redeem points" button on the left side of the welcome screen. Or, you can navigate to this page by clicking here. |

Step 3: Scroll below "How to Redeem Your Points" to find your point balance and select the number of points you wish to redeem, then confirm "yes".Please note:

Step 4: After confirming "yes", a unique code will be generated, please copy the code because you'll need to apply this to your subscription. |

Step 5: Return to the account page (https://orgain.com/account) and click on "Manage Subscription" to locate your subscription. |

Step 6: View your upcoming order on the homepage and click "+ Add Discount Code" |

PASTE the code and click "Apply Discount Code" to confirm. You should be able to see the code applied to your next upcoming order.
