How do I redeem my points to discount my active subscription?Updated 4 days ago
You can redeem a first subscription order at checkout or you may redeem your points for a promo code and apply the code to your recurring subscription.
Reminders:
- The Consumer Care team cannot redeem your ShakeUp Reward Points.
- If you generated your code and misplaced/need to copy it again, visit your Rewards History to locate it.
- Only one promo code can be applied per order.
- Points can be redeemed in increments of 100, up to 2000 points ($100 off) per order.
Step 1: Log in to your subscription account. | When you are logged in to Orgain.com, click "Manage Subscriptions"OR quickly log in to your subscription account by clicking this link. |
Step 2:Redeem your points for a reward code or copy an available reward if you previously created a discount code. If you are creating a new code, select the amount you wish to redeem and click "Confirm". |

Step 3: Scroll back up to the upcoming order details and click "+ Add Discount Code" |

Step 4: PASTE the code and click "Apply Discount Code" to confirm. You should be able to see the code applied to your next upcoming order.
