How do I update my active subscription billing payment method?Updated 14 days ago

To edit or manage your subscription, please log in to your subscription account.  

Steps:

1. Log in to your subscription account. To log in directly, please visit: https://orgain.com/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access and enter the email address registered to your subscription account.
2. On the "Next Order" tab, navigate to "Edit payment method".
3. You may receive a link via email to update your card information securely. Look for an email from Orgain with the subject line: Update your payment method for Orgain
4. Securely update your payment details for the active subscription. 
5. You can also add a payment method by visiting the "My Details" tab.
6. Click "Add Payment Method" to enter a new payment method and assign it to your subscriptions.
