How do ShakeUp Reward Points expire?Updated 15 hours ago
ShakeUp reward points expire on a rolling 12 month basis after point earning activities are completed. After earning points, you will have 365 days from the date earned to use them. The expiration date will be reflected in your Rewards History when you visit https://orgain.com/pages/rewards.
At any time, you can redeem points for a promo code which never expires. If you do not think you will use your points before the expiration date, we strongly recommend redeeming the points for a promo code. Points can be redeemed in increments of 100 with a value of $5 per 100 points.
Exception
Following the launch of our new ShakeUp Reward program, any points earned prior to 6/23/2025 will now expire on 6/23/2026. Any points earned on or after 6/30/25 will expire 12 months after the date earned.
