I just placed my order and forgot to add a promo code, can you apply it to my order?Updated 10 months ago
We understand mistakes happen. If you forget to apply the promo code to your order, please contact us within 1-2 business day after placing your order so we can review and help you with this.
- If your order is eligible per promotional terms (i.e meets all the requirements including the active date and type of order), we will help honor the discount.
- Please ensure to review the terms of each promo code to ensure it is valid.
- Active promo code terms can be found here: https://orgain.com/pages/coupons
- Most promo codes are not valid on Subscribe & Save.
- Promo codes cannot be combined or stacked.
- Promo codes are one-time use per order and customer.
- When contacting us, please confirm the following:
- Promo code
- Order confirmation number
- First and last name on the order.
If your order is eligible, please allow up to 5 business days from the date your order is fulfilled for the request to be processed. Please be advised, our system does not allow us to directly apply a promo code to an order after the order has been submitted (or is pending) so we need a bit of time to process. :)
