Do you extend returns during the holidays?

We have extended our return window to accommodate for any holiday purchases made. Happy shopping! If you placed an order between November 26 and December 4, the last day to return the order is February 7.

Do you ship during the holidays?

All Orgain.com orders are shipped via ground shipping and delivery times may vary during peak season. Please see the calendar below for expected closures at our consumer care center and fulfillment center.

*Orgain fulfillment center will be closed 12/23-12/25 for Christmas break. Fulfillment will resume Thursday, 12/26. Orgain fulfillment center will be closed on Wednesday, 1/1/25 for New Years and resume fulfillment next day. 🙌

Note: all orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Friday (excludes holidays and weekends). If the order was placed during an observed holiday or weekend, fulfillment will resume the following business day. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received once business resumes following a holiday closure.
