Satisfaction Guarantee PolicyUpdated 21 days ago

At Orgain, LLC, we stand behind our products and our quality controls.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with an Orgain product (“Product”) you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers, we will work hard make it right!  Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our Products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser for sixty (60) days from the date of purchase and is limited to the United States.  Requests from employees, retailers, distributors, healthcare providers, resellers, groups, clubs, or organizations will not be honored.  Rights to a refund are not assignable or transferable. 

How to Claim the Guarantee 

To submit a Guarantee request, please use our Contact Us form and respond as follows: 

  • Under “How can we help you?” select “Product.”
  • Under “How can we help you with your Orgain product?” select “Concern.” 
  • Complete the required fields.
  • Use the “Message” section to describe the reason for your dissatisfaction.  Also indicate when you purchased the product.  
  • Upload the requested information for the Product, including your receipt or proof of purchase.  If you purchased on an online marketplace like Amazon or Walmart, please make sure the proof of purchase shows the name of the seller that sold you the product. This information is available under “Order Details” in your order history.  If you have any challenges locating this information, please contact us at [email protected] or 888-881-4246 for assistance.  

You must submit your request within 60 days from the date of purchase.  Please note that Orgain reserves the right to require you to mail the Product to Orgain.   If such request is made, Orgain will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.  If not provided through the Contact Us form, proof of purchase can be mailed to:

Guarantee Guidelines

Limit one refund per name, address, or household per year.  For refund checks, please allow 8 to 12 weeks for processing and mailing.  This Guarantee is only valid in the 50 United States and D.C. and is void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted.  Orgain may amend or terminate this Guarantee at any time without notice. 

Orgain reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, require you to return your Product to us using the postage-prepaid return label we provide to you, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the Guarantee.   Duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, illegible, or suspected fraudulent requests will not be honored.  Please note that initiation of a dispute with your financial institution for products purchased from orgain.com may result in delays in processing the Guarantee claim.
