What happens to reward points when an order is refunded or exchanged?Updated 22 days ago

If your Orgain.com order is returned, your point balance may be adjusted based on the return outcome. 

• Refund to original payment method: If your Orgain.com order is refunded to the original payment method, the points earned on the original order will be removed from your account. 
• Refund to gift card: If your Orgain.com order is refunded to a gift card, the points earned on the original order will be removed from your account. You will earn points for any order placed using the gift card in the future. 
• Exchange of equal value: If you exchange your Orgain.com order for a new order of equal value, your point balance will remain unchanged. 
• Exchange of higher value: If you exchange your Orgain.com order for a new order of higher value, you will see additional points earned to match the amount spent on the new order (1 point for every $1) 
• Exchange of lesser value: If you exchange your Orgain.com order for a new order of lesser value, you will receive a partial refund for the price difference and points will be adjusted to match the new order total.
