Why is the promo code or discount not applying to my order?Updated 5 months ago
There are many different reasons why the promo code or discount may not be applying to the order:
- Are you trying to apply more than one promo code?
- Unfortunately, only one promo code can be applied per order.
- Do you have a subscription based items in your cart?
- The majority of our promo codes are applicable to "one-time purchase" items, please refer to the terms of the promotion and ensure you've added the correct type of product eligible for the promotion.
- Is the promo code expired?
- The promo code may be invalid because the promo code is expired. Please refer to the terms of the promotion.
