How do I redeem ShakeUp Reward points?Updated a month ago

Redeem your Orgain ShakeUp Reward points at any time to discount an order at checkout or an upcoming recurring subscription. Note, a reward must be applied to an upcoming order before the recurring order is processed.

Reminder! Points are redeemable in increments of 100. Each 100 points is equal to $5*

*If you joined ShakeUp Rewards and earned points on or before 6/23/2025, points earned will maintain the same point value after the new program launch. Any points earned after the new program launch will be redeemable for $5 off every 100 points.

To redeem points at checkout* on a one-time purchase or new Subscribe & Save Order:

*Please ensure you are logged into your Orgain.com account

1. To redeem points on a one-time purchase or new Subscribe & Save order at checkout, please add items to cart and proceed to checkout.

2. When logged in, you will see your reward options at checkout. See visual below.

To redeem points on an ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION order:

Log into your subscription and view your upcoming order
Scroll to the ShakeUp Rewards section to redeem your points and create a promo code
Copy the promo code
Scroll up to the upcoming order and click "+ Add Discount Code"
Paste the promo code
