I am having trouble logging into my Orgain.com account. What do I do?Updated 3 months ago

If you can't log in or access your online account, there may be a few reasons why. Please see the possible suggestions below: 

  • Incorrect password
    • If you can’t remember your password, click on the “Forgot Password?” link. It will ask for your email address and we’ll send you an email with a link that will let you reset your password. You will then be prompted to log in with the new password you created. 
  • Your account has not been activated or registered. 
    • If you did not create an account with Orgain.com, you'll see a "No account found with that email." message.
    • Please register your email address used at checkout by clicking here
    • You'll have to create a new password. 
    • After activating your account, you should be able to login with the password you've created and see your order history. 
  • Incorrect email address
    • Please double check to see if you’re using the same email address and password you registered with.

    • Please note: You can also log in directly to your subscription account to manage your subscription. Please click here to login and enter the same email address used to create your subscription.
