Return Policy
We are happy to take care of you when you shop on Orgain.com! Return and exchanges are free when purchased from Orgain.com. We cover the cost and will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, no extra fees involved. We simply ask that you start your return or exchange within 60 days of being fulfilled and please submit them via our Returns & Exchange center. If you purchased the Orgain product outside of Orgain.com, please see if our Satisfaction Guarantee is applicable to you.

Refunds
You may request a refund back to the original payment method once your return is approved.
Store Credit
You may request a refund via Orgain.com gift card (store credit) once your return is approved.
Exchanges & Shop Now
- If eligible, you may place a replacement order while requesting your return.
- Discounts cannot be stacked with Shop Now or store credit.
- Shop Now purchases are final sale. Shop Now purchases do not count towards earning ShakeUp Reward points.

Return Credit
If eligible, you may be offered extra Return Credit during the Shop Now or store credit options. Note, Return Credit does not roll over and any unused credit may not be redeemed for cash or gift card. Return Credit does not count towards earning ShakeUp Reward points. Return Credit offer is subject to change at any time.
Return Instructions
- You'll receive a return authorization, a pre-paid return label. Once your return is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Print, pack, and drop it off to the nearest carrier location.

- Free orders, free gift item(s), or promotional items discounted for free at checkout cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

Refunds for Purchases from Orgain.com

If your refund is less than your total balance, it may result in fewer payments or a smaller final payment. If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method. Policy Reminders:
To prevent delays in processing your return request, please see below.
- All returns or exchanges for purchases from Orgain.com must be processed via our Returns & Exchanges center.
- Use the pre-paid return label provided to you by our Returns & Exchange center. This allows our Returns & Exchange center to track your return once the package is dropped off and scanned in by the carrier.
- If you requested an exchange or placed a new order via Shop Now and your original order needs to be returned, pack and drop off your package to the carrier to get scanned into the system within 21 days of your exchange request. If your return is not scanned in to the carrier within the 21 days, the pre-paid return label will expire and will result in your payment method being charged for the exchange order or Shop Now order that was delivered to you.
- We are not responsible for returns without an Orgain provided pre-paid return shipping label.
- Please do not refuse shipments by contacting the carriers. All returns must be shipped back using the pre-paid return shipping label given to you via the Returns & Exchange center so they are shipped back to the respective fulfillment center and so there are no processing delays in refunds.
- We are unable to refund to a different credit card. We can only refund to the original form of payment. If your account was issued a different card, then the bank will redirect those funds accordingly. Please contact the institution that issued the credit card to you.
